Role Snapshot

After-School Sports/PE Program Site Manager at Elevo Learning overseeing operations at Highland Community School in Oakland, CA. The role focuses on managing daily program operations and fostering student well-being through SEL-infused physical education and enrichment activities.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise staff and students, ensure safety compliance and emergency procedures, manage student sign-in/out and records, collaborate with school administration and regional management. Implement behavior management strategies, complete incident reports, maintain inventory, and serve as primary point of contact for parents and school staff.
Skills & Tools: Leadership and classroom management experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service and positive role modeling.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of management or related experience preferred; minimum of 48 college credits or an AA degree required.

Compensation: $25/hr
