Role Snapshot
The Family and Enrollment Coordinator enhances family partnerships and oversees student enrollment outreach at City Arts and Leadership, focusing on community engagement, student support, and recruitment efforts to increase enrollment and student success.
Key Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate family engagement events in English and Spanish, lead student recruitment efforts at feeder schools, manage enrollment communications and platform, and serve as primary contact for prospective families. Collaborate with school administration to implement systems that bring parents and community partners into the school to support enrollment, attendance, achievement, and college readiness.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred), commitment to anti-racist and equity-focused practices, ability to engage diverse families and build community partnerships, and proficiency with enrollment management platforms.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 1+ years of experience in community or school settings and demonstrated commitment to equity-focused education.
Location: San Francisco, California
Compensation: $31β$37/hr
