Summary

Technician Level Two at CDW's Configurations Center performs complex enterprise software, hardware, and network installations while training and supporting other technicians across multiple locations. This role collaborates with vendors and account managers to ensure 100% quality enterprise-level system configurations.

Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software; assemble and configure computers and network infrastructure components; troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. Communicate with account managers and customers regarding configurations, maintain technical documentation, and assist with training and non-enterprise builds as assigned.

Skills & Tools: Ability to troubleshoot computer systems and peripherals, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, basic networking knowledge, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED and A+ certification or one year of relevant experience demonstrating IT knowledge. CompTIA Server+, Security+, or Linux+ certification preferred.
