Role Snapshot
Lead complex technical initiatives at Relias to enhance healthcare organizations' performance and outcomes. Oversee the entire lifecycle of cross-functional product initiatives with accountability for on-time delivery and business impact.
Key Responsibilities: Manage lifecycle of complex cross-functional product initiatives, transform product plans into technology requirements, allocate resources across workstreams, and mitigate risks. Ensure on-time delivery of milestones, adherence to service architecture requirements, and quality throughout analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
Skills & Tools: Strong software development or architecture experience, technical program management expertise, and effective communication across functions. Project management skills and the ability to unblock teams and drive collaboration are essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required. 7+ years of software development/architecture experience and 5+ years of technical program management preferred.
Location: Morrisville, North Carolina
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
