Role Snapshot
The Media Developer creates multimedia products for healthcare brands at Ascend Learning, focusing on audio and video production, editing, and managing media assets. This remote role supports the company's mission to improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and students.
Key Responsibilities: Edit video and audio projects, conduct remote recording sessions, manipulate motion and still graphics, and assist with pre-production tasks including storyboarding and broadcast writing. Collaborate with content experts, design associates, project managers, and external vendors to deliver finished media assets.
Skills & Tools: Required proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, audio editing, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. Basic graphic design competency and ability to assist with video shoot setup, lighting, and audio are also needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, with emphasis in Film Production, Mass Communications, or Journalism preferred. Two years of multimedia experience is required.

Compensation: $50K–$70K/yr
