Key Responsibilities: Build and ship AI-powered product features using LLMs, NLP, and agent-based workflows; develop backend services and APIs for model inference and orchestration; implement RAG systems and goal-oriented agent behaviors. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and ML engineers to integrate and productionize models while maintaining code quality and system reliability.
Skills & Tools: Strong backend or full-stack development in Python and another language (Java, Go, TypeScript); hands-on experience with LLM integration, NLP features, APIs, and distributed systems. Proficiency in prompting, embeddings, model inference, RAG architecture, and agentic frameworks with solid software engineering fundamentals.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on work building backend or full-stack applications. Preferred experience with agentic systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and working in AI-first or fast-moving product teams.
Location: Santa Clara, California
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
