Role Snapshot
Join Ascend Learning as a Commercial Contracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, drive process improvements, and mentor junior team members in a remote role. This position directly supports the company's mission to deliver outcomes-based solutions across healthcare education and learning.
Key Responsibilities: Review, revise, and maintain contractual agreements; draft and negotiate commercial contract terms related to orders, pricing, invoicing, and renewals; analyze redlined documents to ensure compliance and protect company interests. Additionally, identify process improvement opportunities and provide training and guidance to junior staff on contract management best practices.
Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and contract drafting; excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and maintain awareness of sales processes and impact on business billings.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field is required. Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract administration and management or a related field.

Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
