Role Snapshot
Community College of Baltimore County seeks Programmer Analysts I and II to maintain and enhance enterprise business applications, primarily the Ellucian Banner ERP system, with increasing responsibilities based on experience level.
Key Responsibilities: Both levels analyze business requirements, develop enterprise applications, provide technical support, and produce technical documentation. Level II focuses on advanced programming, project leadership, and strategic technical guidance for administrative and academic initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Required programming languages include Java, JavaScript, Linux Shell Scripting, TSQL, and PL/SQL, with proficiency demonstrated through assessment. Technical certifications specific to the role level are mandatory and must be relevant to enterprise application responsibilities.
Qualifications: Programmer Analyst I requires a Bachelor's degree in information technology and 8 years of enterprise administrative application support experience, plus 2+ relevant technical certifications. Programmer Analyst II requires a Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience with 3+ certifications at their level plus certifications from lower levels.

Compensation: $79K–$145K/yr
