Role Snapshot
Join Eightfold's Talent Acquisition product team as a FullStack Software Engineer to design and deploy scalable AI-powered web applications for enterprise customers. You'll bridge AI/ML capabilities with intuitive user interfaces, owning medium to large projects from technical design through execution.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications leveraging AI capabilities across the full stack, from database design to responsive frontend interfaces. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex AI functionalities into user-friendly features, while optimizing for performance, scalability, and security.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in React or Vue.js frontend development, Python or Java backend development, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and REST/GraphQL APIs. Strong problem-solving abilities, passion for AI/ML, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and excellent communication skills in agile environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 1-5 years of hands-on full-stack web development experience. Demonstrated passion for AI and machine learning with interest in building AI-driven products.
Location: Santa Clara, California
Compensation: $121K–$161K/yr
