Role Snapshot
Director of Technology Services at Finalsite leads the delivery of data and system integration services for K-12 school client onboarding, ensuring high-quality implementation experiences and serving as a thought leader in the integration space.
Key Responsibilities: Define and oversee implementation methodology for data and system integrations, establish KPIs, lead cross-functional teams, mentor technical staff, and partner with product, sales, and support teams to enhance client experiences and service efficiency.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in data integration, SaaS implementations, SQL, Python, ETL processes, CRM/CMS systems, and technical knowledge of education industry systems (SIS, LMS, APIs); excellent communication and client management abilities with proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications: 5–10 years of Professional Services experience in SaaS or EdTech environments with proven leadership in large-scale implementations, experience with CRM and CMS systems, and familiarity with change management.
Location: United States
Compensation: $120K–$180K/yr
