The Analyst role requires extensive people, communication, project management, and organizational skills, and a high level of quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
Huron|GG+A seeks a detail-oriented Consulting Analyst, to work with a team of consultants in developing and delivering high quality presentations, reports, and other materials to our clients.
**This is full-time, hybrid position in our Chicago office (3 days a week onsite)**
Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Demonstrate Huron’s values
- Work as part of a team on client engagements, both in and out of an assigned Practice Area (Higher Education, Arts & Culture, Healthcare/Academic Medicine, Independent Schools) to perform fundraising assessments, program reviews, etc. across a spectrum of non-profit institutions that vary by size, mission, and sector
- Perform on- and off-site data collection, project interviews with key client staff and stakeholders, background client research, cohort analysis, comparative data analytics, etc.
- Analyze collected client data to formulate initial data charts, findings, and recommendations
Travel & Requirements
- Interest in working within Global Philanthropy, including Higher Education institutions, Academic Medical Centers/Hospitals, Non-Profits, Arts & Culture, and Independent Schools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability and willingness and ability to travel occasionally (less than 15% of the time) to client sites
- Experience with data analysis and strong experience developing visual depictions of data trend
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Strong performance in your degree of choice with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Bachelor’s degree obtained by May/June 2025
- U.S. work authorization required
