Role Snapshot

Assistant Engineer in Quality role at Canadian Solar, a leading solar manufacturer, responsible for supporting quality assurance and control processes for solar panels, inverters, and energy storage solutions. Key Responsibilities: Support quality control testing, inspection, and documentation of solar products and components. Assist in identifying quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and familiarity with quality control methodologies and testing procedures. Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic troubleshooting of manufacturing or technical processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field, or equivalent experience in quality control or manufacturing environments. Entry-level to early career experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or technical support preferred.

Location: In-Person - Mesquite, TX

Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr (estimated)
