The Ohio Client Care Consultant serves as a primary point of contact for Booster clients, providing exceptional support and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This role directly impacts client success and company growth through relationship management and problem-solving.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, problem-solving proficiency, customer service excellence, and proficiency with CRM and computer systems. Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Qualifications: Candidates should have high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of customer service or client-facing experience. Experience in a consultative or account management role is preferred.
