THE ROLE: Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of our digital product and platform programs. You will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, and external vendors to define program roadmaps, manage execution, and ensure technical initiatives are delivered with high quality, on time, and aligned with our strategic vision.

What You’ll Do:

Program Planning & Road Mapping

  • Define and manage technical program plans across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Work with engineering and product leadership to translate vision into executable roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics.
  • Identify dependencies, prioritize work, and sequence delivery timelines.

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-phase technical projects — from concept to launch.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and budgets, ensuring high-quality outcomes on time.
  • Maintain program status documentation, run planning meetings, retrospectives, and reviews.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as the central point of coordination between product, design, engineering, marketing, QA, other corporate programs,, and external vendors.
  • Drive clear and open communication across teams; ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
  • Establish robust collaboration processes and tools for cross-team coordination and alignment.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, blockers, and conflicts.
  • Navigate ambiguity and pivot quickly as priorities shift in an evolving fast-paced environment.
  • Own post-launch reviews to capture learnings and improve program processes.

Process Improvement & Governance

  • Establish best practices in program tracking, release management, and quality assurance.
  • Review and enhance the Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies suitable to the team and project.
  •  Introduce tooling or frameworks to streamline execution and collaboration.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a software engineering or digital product environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering technical programs from inception to launch in an agile setting.
  • Prior experience in both consumer-facing digital platforms and internal enterprise tools.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external development teams.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, product management, and DevOps.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, startup or high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, GitHub, Figma, or similar.
  • Technical background (e.g., previous experience as a developer or engineer) is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
