Role Snapshot
Part-time Nursing Accreditation Consultant providing consulting services to nursing education programs on accreditation processes, program evaluation, and faculty development. Role supports nursing educators and administrators across the continental United States.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and revise systematic evaluation plans, conduct self-study reviews, and lead mock-site visits for nursing programs. Provide faculty and program director development related to accreditation processes and program evaluation.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint; strong presentation skills for small and large group audiences both in-person and virtual; excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to adapt quickly to change.
Qualifications: Doctoral degree in nursing or education preferred (Master's considered with relevant experience); current RN license; minimum 5 years nursing education experience as an educator; accreditation site visit experience as team chair (CCNE, NLN-CNEA, or ACEN).
Location: Leawood, Kansas
Compensation: $30–$50/hr
