Seasonal Warehouse Associate at Trafera manages key warehouse operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders in a fast-paced environment. This role is vital to maintaining strong customer partnerships and enabling organizations to manage their technology and connectivity needs.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and process inventory, perform picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, and support inventory control through cycle counts and replenishment. Handle repair processing, prepare shipping materials, and maintain organized inventory while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to operate warehouse equipment and software. Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to workflow optimization are essential.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior warehouse operations experience and exposure to inventory management are preferred.
Location: Arden Hills, Minnesota
Compensation: $18–$22/hr
