Location: This position is based in Austin, Texas, United States, and requires in-person attendance with flexible onsite days.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50,000 - $75,000.

We are looking for a Office Manager to join our Department. You will work closely with our People Operations team and our Austin office team members.Â

Office Manager Job Overview:
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and serve as the main point of contact for building management and vendors
- Maintain a welcoming, well-organized, and functional office environment
- Greet and assist guests, manage check-ins, and visitor logistics
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and building access (including badge management)
- Monitor office supply levels, order inventory, and manage vendor relationships
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Help plan and execute internal events, team activities, and client visits
- Support logistics for all-hands meetings, town halls, and external sessions
- Schedule and coordinate in-office meetings, conference rooms, and shared spaces
- Liaise with IT to troubleshoot technical issues during events or meetings
Administrative Support
- Provide high-level admin support to leadership as needed
- Track and manage office-related expenses and budgets
- Coordinate travel and accommodations for visiting team members
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of office management, operations, or administrative experience (startups, hospitality, or corporate office settings all welcome)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
- Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Workspace and office software
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a service-first approach
This role is in person, with flexible days onsite. We are located on South Congress Ave (next door to Allen’s Boots!).
