Video Producer role at MaxPreps (PlayOn! Sports) to create and manage high-quality video content for high school sports across multiple platforms. Position blends creative development, hands-on production, and cross-functional collaboration to grow MaxPreps' original video portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Produce and edit original video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, manage sponsored projects and branded initiatives from concept to delivery, and create engaging storytelling videos. Oversee production operations including live events, manage freelancers, distribute content across YouTube/TikTok/Instagram/X, produce the MaxPreps Podcast, and track video performance metrics.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, strong project management abilities, and experience in video production and editing. Must demonstrate cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and capacity to work with freelancers.
Qualifications: 5+ years of video production experience required. Ability to work cross-functionally, manage freelancers, handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, and perform on-camera appearances when needed.
Location: El Dorado Hills, California
Compensation: $60K–$85K/yr
