These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EdTechJobs.io, operated by Galixi, Inc.(“Galixi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in the United States. By accessing or using EdTechJobs.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. About EdTechJobs.io

EdTechJobs.io is a specialised job board and career platform for the education technology industry. We aggregate job listings from company career pages, serve job seekers with AI-powered search and career tools, and offer employers a direct channel to reach qualified EdTech talent. Our platform serves job seekers and employers globally, with a primary focus on roles in K–12 education, higher education, and corporate learning and development.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on EdTechJobs.io.
• You may register using Google Sign-In. By doing so, you authorise us to access the basic profile information shared by Google (name, email address, and profile picture).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@edtechjobs.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.

3. Free and Paid Plans

EdTechJobs.io offers free access to core job searching features and a paid Plus subscription with enhanced capabilities including priority job alerts, AI career tools, and access to salary insights.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• You may cancel your Plus subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan or feature with reasonable notice.

4. Job Seekers — Permitted Use

As a job seeker, you may use EdTechJobs.io to:

• Browse, search, and save job listings.
• Set up personalised job alerts and follow companies.
• Use AI career tools to improve your job search (available on applicable plans).
• Share job listings via public URLs.

Job listings on EdTechJobs.io are aggregated from publicly available sources. Clicking “Apply” will direct you to the employer's own application system. Galixi is not a party to any employment relationship and makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any listing.

5. Employers — Job Postings

• Employers may post job listings directly on EdTechJobs.io subject to the applicable posting fees.
• You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to post on behalf of your organisation, that all job listing content is accurate and lawful, and that the role genuinely exists and is open for applications.
• We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or edit any listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content standards, including listings that are discriminatory, misleading, or not related to the EdTech sector.
• Refunds for employer job postings are available within 48 hours of purchase if the listing has not yet been activated. After that period, no refunds are issued except where required by law.
• You may not use your employer account to collect personal data from job seekers beyond what is necessary for evaluating candidates for the specific role posted.

6. AI-Generated Content

EdTechJobs.io uses artificial intelligence, including Anthropic Claude, to generate job summaries, categorise listings, estimate salary ranges, and power career tools. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. Salary estimates are approximations based on publicly available data and do not constitute an offer or guarantee of compensation. You should always verify material information directly with the employer.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from EdTechJobs.io without our prior written permission.
• Use automated means to create accounts, submit applications, or interact with the platform in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or account information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network associated with EdTechJobs.io.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform.
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell our platform or content without express written authorisation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of EdTechJobs.io — including but not limited to the EdTechJobs.io name and logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by or licensed to Galixi, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purposes as described in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in our intellectual property.

Job listing content sourced from third-party career pages remains the property of the respective employers. We do not claim ownership over employer-provided content.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

EdTechJobs.io contains links to third-party websites and services, including employer applicant tracking systems, job aggregators, and career resources. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Galixi.

10. Disclaimers

EdTechJobs.io is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galixi disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any job listing, salary estimate, or AI-generated content.
• The availability of any particular job or the success of any job application.
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
• The fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

Galixi is not an employment agency and does not guarantee employment or any particular outcome from using our platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galixi, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, EdTechJobs.io, even if Galixi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Galixi's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Galixi in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Galixi, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of EdTechJobs.io; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of EdTechJobs.io that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence and to access alternative dispute resolution procedures available in your jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of EdTechJobs.io after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Galixi regarding EdTechJobs.io and supersede all prior agreements.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations freely.
