Role Snapshot
Junior Hybrid Infrastructure Support Technician providing desktop and infrastructure support across local and cloud environments at Highlights for Children. The role ensures efficient operation and exceptional IT service delivery to end-users in a hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems, maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments, manage security protocols, administer patch automation and antivirus servers, and provide deskside support. Responsibilities also include user account management in Active Directory/Azure AD, MDM platform administration, network connectivity support, and ITSM system documentation.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems, knowledge of security best practices and network topology, ability to use ITSM systems, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud. Strong communication and organizational skills required.
Qualifications: Preferred 2+ years of desktop support experience with strong communication and organizational abilities. Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, MDM platforms, and IT infrastructure best practices preferred.
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: $50K–$70K/yr
