A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at Kaleidoscope ABA focused on delivering supervision to behavioral technicians and managing a small caseload of clients with special needs. Skills & Tools: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Office applications, and ABA software platforms. Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, instructional methods, ethics, and regulations; ability to meet physical demands including standing, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, and floor engagement with clients.
Qualifications: Master's Degree required with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs. Must be certified as a BCBA through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and demonstrate knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies and regulations.
Location: North Billerica, Massachusetts
