Role Snapshot

Lead cross-functional projects in the Customer Experience department at Amplify Education to ensure teachers successfully implement educational curriculum. Drive process optimization and strategic initiatives that impact professional development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows while monitoring progress and ensuring quality expectations are met. Facilitate stakeholder communication, support professional development readiness efforts, and coordinate teams on documentation, process standardization, and product updates.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management capabilities with proficiency in data visualization and tech tools (especially Google Sheets), combined with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and building organizational processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required with 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects. Project management certifications and experience with large stakeholder projects preferred.
Location: United States
Compensation: $80Kโ€“$90K/yr
