Compensation: $50 - $55 / Hourly
Our client is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer with Instructional Design (ID) experience to develop innovative and engaging eLearning solutions within the financial services sector. This is a remote position with an opportunity for Chicago-based professionals to occasionally visit the office.
Role Overview
- Location: Remote with preference for Chicago-based candidates
- Commitment: Contract, 40 hours per week
- Duration: Initially for 1 year with potential renewal up to 3 years
- Start Date: November 1
- Compensation: $50-$55 per hour, with consideration for W2 conversion
Key Responsibilities
- Develop eLearning modules using Adobe Premier Pro and Articulate Rise.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex financial regulations and policies into accessible and engaging content.
- Utilize existing templates, while infusing creative elements to enhance learning experiences.
- Maintain autonomy in project management and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without oversight.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in eLearning development, with significant ID exposure.
- Strong background in the financial services industry, familiarized with its regulations and policies.
- Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with SMEs and team members.
- Provide samples of previous work and case studies demonstrating expertise in eLearning development and ID methodologies.
- Successful completion of a background check.
