Summary
Delivery Assurance Lead for Ellucian's Technical Operations & Network Protection team, responsible for establishing and evolving a delivery excellence practice that ensures high-quality technology operations and best-practice alignment across enterprise systems at managed services client sites.
Key Responsibilities: Lead development and implementation of a Delivery Excellence framework, conduct current-state assessments to identify operational and security gaps, provide direct support for remediation, and define best-in-class delivery processes while monitoring KPIs for higher education clients.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years in operational technology delivery, knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, SQL experience, familiarity with higher education ERP systems, and strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications: Experience in higher education operations, familiarity with information security policies, and proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and implement strategic improvements in technology operations.
Location: United States
Compensation: $100K–$150K/yr
