Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions while writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews. Independently complete assigned tasks, identify and resolve bugs, contribute to feature design and implementation, and actively participate in technical discussions.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in JavaScript/React and Ruby on Rails with familiarity in Go, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Git. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, and demonstrated teamwork and mentorship capabilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years of software development experience. Proven experience in front-end or back-end software development.

Compensation: $85K–$120K/yr
