Role Snapshot
Join SPG Therapy & Education as an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapeutic interventions and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in school-based and clinic settings. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members. Maintain detailed documentation for assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, and provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
Skills & Tools: Pediatric and school-based therapy experience with strong clinical assessment skills and effective communication abilities. Must demonstrate a warm, client-centered approach and ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments.
Qualifications: Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with a valid (or eligibility for) California OT license. Passion for working with children in school-based and pediatric settings with demonstrated commitment to professional development.
Location: Port Chicago, California
Compensation: $60–$72/hr
