Job Description

Buscamos terapeutas bilingües (español/inglés) en Georgia

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting fully licensed bilingual Spanish/English clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across Georgia. This is a part-time 1099 role with guaranteed pay, flexible scheduling, and zero administrative overhead.

The demand for bilingual, culturally competent mental health care in our partner school districts far exceeds the current supply. If you're fully licensed, fluent in Spanish, and passionate about serving Latino youth — this role was built for you.

What Makes This Different

  • $60–85/hr based on session type and caseload — strong compensation with zero overhead
  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows — your time is always compensated
  • 1099 independent contractor — the flexibility and tax advantages of self-employment with none of the private practice overhead
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in Georgia
  • Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
  • No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything
  • 90% of students say we matched them to the right clinician

What Our Clinicians Are Saying

"As we learn, we're teaching each other. A lot of the interventions that I've used are things I've learned from other clinicians. I really love the clinical collaboration."

"I absolutely love working with my young clients. They are so real, honest, and...hilarious! They're the ones inspiring me!"
