Role Snapshot
Financial Analyst at Docebo supporting financial planning and analysis activities to provide accurate financial data for strategic decision-making. The role bridges Finance and business departments to drive informed business decisions and maintain financial health.
Key Responsibilities: Develop financial models, analyze budget variances, and prepare monthly/quarterly variance analyses and presentations on financial performance. Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams to create ad-hoc analyses, support business cases, and explain financial insights.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex financial data to stakeholders.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of progressive Finance experience in FP&A or accounting roles with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. CPA or equivalent financial designation required or actively working towards it.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$70K–CA$100K/yr
