We are seeking a Finance Intern for our summer internship program from May 19, 2025 to August 8, 2025. This full-time, hybrid role requires three in-office days per week at our headquarters in Dublin, Ohio. You'll also participate in a dynamic AI capstone project, exploring innovative solutions and contributing to our AI strategy. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact!
As a Finance Intern, you will bring fresh perspectives and problem-solving skills to enhance processes and interact with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in both Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), working alongside our Finance team and developing a well-rounded understanding of corporate finance. You will also participate in a dynamic AI capstone project, exploring innovative solutions and contributing to our AI strategy.
Major Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and communicate variances of actual results to forecast and budget.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations to summarize financial and operational trends and variances.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare financial models using data from Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite ERP, and other sources.
- Engage in the monthly and annual close processes, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and maintain internal controls.
- Assist with annual audit report preparation, includingfootnotes and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and track the completion of audit schedules.
- Assist with internal control testing forSOX compliance.
- Explore, assess, and recommend opportunities to implement AI to automate and enhance financial processes.
- Participate in a dynamic AI capstone project, exploring innovative solutions and contributing to our AI strategy.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or arelated discipline and completed junior year coursework, or equivalent.
- Experience with AI technologies, including practical application in projects or coursework.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
