Position Title: Associate, Operations

What We Are Looking For
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Per Scholas as the Operations Associate. This position will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the front desk's daily operations and being the proctor for the campus.
What You'll Do
General Office Support
- Responsible for opening the campus daily Monday-Friday at 8 am.
- Greet visitors upon entry at the front desk.
- Monitor day-to-day operations from the front desk.
- Receive packages from various mail carriers.
- Maintain the inventory of office supplies.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Assist in setting up for any special events related to the campus.
Proctoring
- Facilitate and proctor day-to-day exams from our onsite Pearson Vue Testing Center.
Classroom Support
- Be responsible for taking profile photos of each learner on the week of kick-off and uploading photos to each learner's profile in SalesForce
What You'll Bring to Us
Professional Qualifications
- Ability to utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Pass the proctor administrator exam to become the proctor for the Campus
- Familiarity with Linux, Apple, and Windows OS
- Strong interpersonal skills: experience working with diverse individuals and groups with varying learning styles; experience in workforce development is a plus.
- Process-oriented and highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, highly responsive communicator, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides, and alignment with qualifications and experience.
