TheDirector, Global Taxmanages all aspects of Company’s Global Tax Operations. This role is part of the Controller organization. In this role, you will drive our global tax strategy including tax planning and compliance and work closely with the company's accounting and finance teams to support the overall financial objectives of the organization. You will play a key role in cross functional initiatives and manage and lead the global tax team.
This role will report to the Vice President, Controller.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead tax strategy, assessing the tax impact of business activities, and driving tax decision-making that improves company value
- Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including federal, international state and local tax filings, and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations
- Manage accounting for income taxes, technical research, process improvement, and risk management
- Lead evolution of Litmos transfer pricing strategy, enhance transfer pricing policies, processes and related documentation
- Manage, develop, and mentor team members, encouraging a collaborative team atmosphere
- Manage the collaboration with external auditors on tax matters
- Provide information to company management and ownership in a timely manner, as requested
- Partner and manage Company’s tax advisor
- Actively partner with foreign operations on local tax matters (income tax, VAT, withholding tax, etc.)
- Manage global tax audits
- Champion operational excellence through process improvement and technology transformation
- Building, maintaining, and leveraging close working relationships with internal partners, including management, finance, accounting, legal, HR and business operation
Experience And Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of tax experience, including experience at a Director level working as part of a corporate tax department within a global company
- In-depth knowledge of partnership tax and tax implications of private equity structures
- CPA license and Big4 experience preferred; Masters in Tax preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team of tax professionals
- Experience in SAAS company environment preferred
- Effective communications skills, including the ability to synthesize complex tax issues and strategy and to communicate them in a clear and succinct manner to non tax executive audience
- Experience with global tax structures and implementation of transfer pricing strategies
- Experience successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Proven record of successful internal cross-functional partnership and effective partnership with external counterparties.

Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 base plus 15% bonus.
