Summary

Join Strayer University as an Admissions Officer to manage student recruitment efforts and guide prospective students through the enrollment process while achieving performance goals in a dynamic, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound recruitment calls, conduct phone interviews with prospective students, assist with applications and enrollment, educate students on academic programs and financial options, and ensure admissions files are complete and compliant with university policies.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, ability to work in a results-oriented environment, and capacity to handle stressful situations while maintaining high ethical standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience highly preferred, with 2-5 years of proven customer service and/or sales experience required.
Location: Hybrid in Washington, District of Columbia, United States (10% travel required)
Compensation: $19 โ€“ $29/hour
