About the position
Reporting to the Senior Director, Network Impact, the Specialist, Network Impact is a new role which will support the operations, logistics and implementation of various offerings. Network offerings are a range of events and trainings that the Network team provides to Network partners. Offerings include asynchronous, virtual, and in-person events, workshops and trainings such as webinars, learning series, conferences for a certain topic, and coaching programs for Network members. This role supports the Network team and external facilitators with project management. Additionally, the Specialist will act as a collaborator and liaison between teams. They will be responsible for accurate data collection and entry, project and plan management, as well as maintaining event calendars.
Responsibilities and Duties
Project Manage and Execute Network Offerings and Events (30%)
- Facilitate and/or support Network Impact team planning meetings to ensure all logistical and technical needs are met.
- Curate and distribute materials such as email messaging, talking points, and preparation materials for planning meetings.
- Oversee technical aspects of virtual events, including platform setup, management, and troubleshooting and act as the primary contact for updates and communication.
- Manage virtual offering registration, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of attendee lists.
- Monitor planning processes, address potential issues, and implement solutions for successful execution of network offerings and events.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure impactful events with high service levels and participant satisfaction.
- Gather participant feedback post-offering and work with the Insights and Analytics Team and the Network Impact Project Managers to compile reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain an organized archive of offering materials, including agendas, presentations, and other resources.
Data, Communications, and Training Systems Management (35%)
- Coordinate with the events team to provide the Network Impact team with in-person event registration data.
- Collect and input network member engagement data into Salesforce in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage backend LMS builds for exclusive offerings, ensuring alignment with current LMS guidelines.
- Route incident management tickets appropriately and collaborate with the Training Team to enhance network support.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to promote offerings, monitor enrollment data, and escalate promotion needs when necessary.
- Ensure consistent logging of relevant engagements in Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Project Management (35%)
- Collaborate with Network Team and Event staff to execute offerings and prepare materials.
- Develop and manage project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Track performance metrics, including data collection and analysis.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of materials, handouts, presentations, and other resources.
- Oversee the administration of a central offering calendar, working closely with network offering leads.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to align with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience managing projects with strong results and human-centered orientation
- Proven experience in managing project cycles to successful completion
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse partners
- Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with experience organizing and prioritizing work quickly in response to changing needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience utilizing Salesforce and project management tools
- Prior experience and success working in ambiguity, such as in a new organization, team or role
Location and Work Requirements
- Ability to effectively utilize remote work technology, including Slack, Zoom and others.
- This role has the opportunity to be fully remote or based out of StriveTogether’s downtown Cincinnati headquarters.
- Cincinnati candidates have a hybrid work schedule, which requires coming into the office 3x per week based on the needs of the role and their preferences. The dog-friendly office features paid parking, a rooftop deck and snacks and beverages.
- Fully remote team members have access to DeskPass for community desk and meeting room options.
- Up to 20%travel required
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $62,000 - $68,000. The salary range accounts for Cincinnati-similar geographic regions and will be adjusted based on geographic market.
