SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Associate Sales Consultant (ASC) is responsible for sales for prospects in their assigned book of business. Their primary responsibilities include securing new logo sales of existing products and services in the K-12 independent school market.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serves as the primary contact for prospects in assigned territory.
- Maintain and forecast numbers for assigned book of business
- Maintain a pipeline for assigned prospects.
- Conducts a high level of customer and prospect interaction via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Develop knowledge of Finalsite solutions with understanding of benefits for clients to improve outcomes
- Provides high level product demonstration and knowledge of products and services for the full suite of Finalsite products
- Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues to advance opportunities towards successful outcomes
- Manages prospects with the goal of maximizing new logo win rates
- Works with account stakeholders as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction is high
- Works closely with internal departments (Rev Ops, Enablement) to process and create New Business Contracts
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in customer facing role - preferably in Educational Technology
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interaction required
