The Executive Assistant, EVP Enterprise Sales & Business Development, will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive administrative support at a senior level. The primary focus is to ensure seamless day-to-day management, offering project support, and coordinating activities for the Enterprise and Business Development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage calendars and schedule meetings for the EVP of Enterprise and Strategic Sales and EVP, Global Head of Business Development
- Provide support to projects led by the Enterprise Sales and Business Development teams
- Coordinate with executives for Enterprise and Business Development projects and meetings
- Update and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for both Enterprise Sales and Business Development teams
- Monitor email inboxes of the EVPs and route/respond to correspondence
- Research and follow up on action items within the EVPs' responsibilities, providing necessary follow-up actions
- Attend important meetings in the absence of the executives, accurately recording notes and minutes
- Address account disputes through Salesforce analysis, data collection, and forwarding information to the appropriate executive
- Check daily forecasts and follow up with sales reps/BDMs who haven't submitted their forecasts
- Run Salesforce reports, perform data research, and assist in data analysis for joint reporting to the executive team
- Organize collaborative data and programs efficiently
- Collaborate with the RFP Specialist to ensure timely completion and submission of all RFPs for both teams
- Manage domestic and international travel for the EVPs of Enterprise and Business Development, handling bookings and expenses with adherence to company policies for an efficient and compliant travel experience.
- Handle catering arrangements for meetings
- Assist in onboarding new direct reports of the EVPs of Enterprise and Business Development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years Proven Office Manager / Office Administration / Executive Assistant experience of minimum
- Salesforce or a similar CRM system a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
