POSITION SUMMARY
The Credentials Program Specialist is responsible for driving program growth, fostering community engagement, and ensuring learner success within our professional credentials programs. This role combines strategic market analysis, community development, and program support to enhance the effectiveness and reach of our credential offerings. The position requires a deep understanding of the K-12 education landscape and strong analytical capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Growth & Market Intelligence (40%)
- Conduct comprehensive educational landscape analyses to identify emerging needs in credential programs
- Research state-specific educational technology trends and policy developments
- Compile market intelligence reports on credential adoption patterns
- Analyze district implementation data to identify successful program elements
- Generate district spotlight reports highlighting program impacts
Program Engagement & Community Development (30%)
- Support and enhance CONNECT communities for credential holders
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between program participants
- Coordinate with Partner Organizations to optimize program delivery
- Document and share success stories and best practices
- Maintain engagement metrics and community health indicators
Learner Success & Program Support (30%)
- Monitor and support credential completion rates
- Track district engagement during and after program implementation
- Provide data-driven recommendations for program improvements
- Support program launches and special initiatives
- Generate impact reports demonstrating program value
SALARY: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00
LOCATION: Hybrid (one day per week onsite)
Qualifications
Knowledge
- Deep understanding of K-12 education landscape
- Knowledge of educational technology trends and implementation
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard design (novice level)
- Expertise in learning management systems, specifically Desire to Learn (D2L)
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas for data collection and analysis
Skills and Abilities

Experience

- Experience with educational credentials or certification programs preferred
- Background in program scaling or expansion initiatives preferred
- Experience with community building and engagement preferred
