Role Snapshot

Join RethinkFirst's Billing Services Division as a Customer Billing Advocate to support revenue cycle management and ensure efficient insurance reimbursements for therapy sessions. This client-facing role involves managing multiple accounts, leading meetings on accounts receivable mitigation, and coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues.

Key Responsibilities: Manage client accounts, lead customer meetings to review outstanding AR and denial mitigation plans, serve as point of contact for assigned customers, and coordinate POD huddles across billing, posting, and enrollment teams. Monitor account health, delegate work to AR representatives, own incoming account-specific tickets in Salesforce, and work with compliance on at-risk accounts.
Skills & Tools: ABA billing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple accounts effectively, and familiarity with billing software and EMR systems.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred candidates have 3-5 years of office experience with billing software and mental health billing background.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $45K–$60K/yr
