About the Role
As a Data Analyst at Amii, you’ll drive the efficient growth of our industry commercialization efforts by leveraging advanced data processing and management skills to enable proactive, data-driven decision-making across business development and marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Revenue department by transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business development and marketing strategies.
This position is responsible for overseeing data systems and reporting frameworks, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data to support strategic decision-making. The role is pivotal in transforming raw data into structured, actionable insights that inform business strategies and drive organizational success. Spanning the full analysis lifecycle— from gathering requirements to executing activities and designing plans—the Data Analyst enhances analytical and reporting functions, monitors performance, and implements quality assurance processes to identify and act on areas for improvement.

Required Skills / Expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the design, preparation, and maintenance of advanced dashboards, analytics, and reports to facilitate proactive decision-making.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Manage and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards, and act as the expert on database functionality and integrations.
- Select, process, and explore data from internal and third-party sources, including HubSpot CRM, Google Analytics, YouTube, and social media tools.
- Use SQL and other query languages to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Create presentations with crisp data visualizations to tell compelling data stories and distill quantitative insights into intuitive formats.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with marketing and business development stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data analysis to support decision-making, ultimately becoming a trusted advisor.
- Track and analyze customer touchpoints throughout the buying journey to deepen understanding and optimize engagement and conversion.
- Analyze customer and marketing data to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support the organization's strategic goals.
- Provide data and insights input to cross-functional weekly metric reviews, working with stakeholders to perform deep-dives into key metric movements and inform action.
- Develop sophisticated market segmentation models based on customer behavior patterns and trends to inform targeted marketing and business strategies.
- Conduct secondary research to support strategy proposals with data-backed insights.
- Lead all marketing and sales experiments, detailing outcomes and insights to promote an evergreen testing culture.
- Undertake research into tools to continually evolve the marketing tech stack and integrate data more effectively.
- Actively participate in AI experiments and Gemini optimization for the Revenue Team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, including transforming raw data into actionable insights and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Demonstrated experience using SQL and other query languages to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Experience integrating multiple software platforms, building out project processes across stakeholders, and implementing metrics for reporting and process improvement.
- Practical experience in managing and maintaining data systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing performance.
- Experience working within a technology-focused organization or in the digital media/technology industry (preferred but not required).

- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments while meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Analytics (preferred but not required).
