Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between CAD 70,000 - CAD 110,000.

About the Role
As Marketing Manager at Amii, you’ll advance Amii's mission of “AI for good and for all” by crafting engaging content, executing cohesive marketing campaigns, and optimizing strategies that elevate brand visibility, spark interest, and foster meaningful connections with diverse audiences.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Manager brings deep expertise in developing and executing audience-centric, full-funnel, multi-channel marketing content and campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes that directly help Amii achieve its strategic goals.
The position focuses on achieving excellence in four main accountabilities:

Required Skills / Expertise
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with internal teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to tailor content to specific formats and audiences
- Writes, edits, and adapts content for digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding
- Formats and finalizes content for various formats (e.g., blogs, case studies, emails, videos, social media posts)
- Prepares content files and ensures accurate delivery to the appropriate channels (e.g., website, email, social media platforms)
- Builds, schedules, and deploys campaign assets (emails, social media posts, paid ads) using marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads)
- Verifies that all campaign components (e.g., tracking links, landing pages, email triggers) function as intended before launch
- Manages timelines and ensures that deliverables meet pre-set deadlines and quality standards
- Maintains and updates marketing automation workflows and sequences according to templates and provided plans
- Tracks campaign progress and flags any potential issues or delays for resolution
- Tracks and monitors performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) using reporting tools
- Executes pre-approved A/B tests for content and campaigns, reporting results to the team
- Adjusts and updates campaign components (e.g., headlines, ad copy) based on data insights and guidance
- Documents post-campaign lessons learned and contributes feedback for future improvements
- Monitors social media platforms regularly and responds to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster positive brand relationships
- Manages live chat interactions, providing real-time audience support and engagement with website visitors
- Supports the planning and execution of organization-wide events that foster community engagement, build relationships, and create opportunities for meaningful connections and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing or content marketing, including the successful execution of multi-channel campaigns and leadership
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing a high-performing content marketing team (nice to have)
- Proven expertise in content management systems, SEO strategies, and marketing automation tools to achieve impactful results.
- Advanced knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other platforms for monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
- Proficiency in workflow and team coordination tools such as Asana or Trello to optimize processes and manage deliverables.
- Experience leveraging performance metrics to refine content strategies, boost engagement, and drive conversion rates.
- Skilled in managing social media platforms, live chat, and coordinating community-focused events to foster engagement.
- Experience working within a technology-focused organization (preferred but not required).
Attributes and Expectations:
- Ability to create audience-centric content that drives engagement and aligns with brand strategy.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across web, social media, email, and digital ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with A/B testing to continuously improve content performance.
- Proficient in setting up and optimizing marketing automation workflows, including audience segmentation, triggers, and follow-up sequences.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and conducting post-campaign analysis to drive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects, meet tight deadlines, and use platforms like Asana to track progress.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible content, reports, and recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Advanced expertise with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms to support marketing initiatives.
- Awareness of AI tools and processes that enhance productivity and improve content quality.
