Role Snapshot
Registered Behavior Technician role supporting children in school settings through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Position directly impacts student behavior management and skill development for the 2025-2026 school year.
Skills & Tools: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience with ability to work in-person with students; bilingual Spanish skills are preferred. Strong communication and collaborative skills with readiness to work within a team-based mentoring structure.
Qualifications: Minimum 6 months ABA experience (1 year preferred) and Associate's Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. RBT Certification preferred but not required; valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required.
Location: Union City, California
Compensation: $25–$32/hr
