Summary

Hybrid Occupational Therapist position with Huddle Up providing face-to-face therapy to school-aged children in Albert Lea, Minnesota for the 2024-2025 school year, blending in-person care with innovative tech-enabled clinical support.

Currently hiring for part-time and full-time, Hybrid, Onsite Occupational Therapist (OT) in Albert Lea, Minnesota for the 24/25 school year!

The on-target earnings for this role are $42-$55 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to commit to 20 hours per week 
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid OT license in your state of residence
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance
  • Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
