Summary

Hybrid Speech Language Pathologist position with Huddle Up delivering school-based SLP services to K-12 students in Albert Lea, Minnesota, blending in-person care with technology-enabled clinical support.

Key Responsibilities: Provide face-to-face therapeutic services to school-aged children, participate in IEP and team meetings, conduct evaluations and daily SOAP notes, prepare progress reports, and complete medicaid billing as needed.
Skills & Tools: Strong clinical expertise in speech language pathology with experience in school settings or pediatric populations, proficiency with various technology platforms, and excellent documentation and communication skills.
Qualifications: Active, unrestricted SLP license in state of residence, current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency, minimum 20 hours per week commitment, reliable transportation, and experience conducting therapy in school or pediatric settings.

Compensation: $42 – $55/hourly

Currently hiring for part-time and full-time, Hybrid, Onsite Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Albert Lea, Minnesota for the 24/25 school year!

The on-target earnings for this role are $42-$55 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to commit to 20 hours per week 
  • Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence
  • Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
  • Full-time resident of the United States
  • Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance
  • Experience conducting therapy in a school setting, or with the pediatric population
  • Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
  • Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
  • Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
