Summary

Risepoint seeks a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to manage integrations between financial systems, primarily NetSuite, supporting the Accounting department's Financial Systems organization. This role is critical for maintaining financial system operations and enabling business enhancements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Technical administration of NetSuite OneWorld, including Planning & Budgeting and Analytics Warehouse, with support for user access, reports, and custom configurations. Collaborate with internal departments on system enhancements, handle end-user requests, conduct security reviews, and assist with system implementations and upgrades.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency with financial ERP systems, NetSuite OneWorld, and knowledge of NSPB and NSAW; significant understanding of financial accounting processes and standards. Soft skills include strong problem-solving, documentation ability, willingness to learn new systems, and unquestionable integrity regarding confidentiality.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required with 2-4 years of experience in financial ERP, budgeting & planning, and human resource management systems. Previous experience with NetSuite OneWorld is required.

As the Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will be a member of the Financial Systems organization within the Accounting department. You will work to support the Financial Systems Director as well as members of other departments like Operations, Business Technology and People. You will get to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other financial and people systems, including NSPB, NSAW, Workday, Concur, Numeric and implementation of a new source to pay system and process!

A Day in the Life

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Serve as technical administrator of our NetSuite OneWorld instance, including NetSuite Planning & Budgeting and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse
  • Maintain and support NetSuite and related financial applications, including user roles and access requests.
  • Assist with handling and prioritizing incoming tickets.
  • Support end user requests for reports, saved searches and dashboards.
  • Support the use of custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows under direction from the NetSuite Administrator.
  • Document existing and new processes, assist in creating training materials.
  • Work with internal business partners to answer questions, propose system enhancements, implement enhancements, and interface with the NetSuite support and ACS organizations to resolve issues and support changes and upgrades to the system.
  • Work with Security and Compliance teams to ensure proper controls are configured, maintained, and managed across the NetSuite environment. Conduct routine security reviews and audits to confirm proper controls and user access.
  • Help with system implementations, testing, and updates as needed
  • Assist the team with ad hoc research, reporting, and projects.

What You’ll Need for Success

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2-4 years of experience with financial ERP, budgeting & planning, and human resource management systems.
  • Previous experience with NetSuite OneWorldrequired; Experience with NSPB and NSAW preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and standards
  • Significant understanding of financial accounting processes and standards.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and understand changes, enhancements, and new features.
  • Unquestionable integrity, discretion, and loyalty to employee and organizational confidentiality and privacy.
  • Desire to grow NetSuite and other financial systems skills.
