What We’re Looking For:
The Deal Desk function within Revenue Operations supports the full scope of business terms for deals in the pipeline, in partnership with our direct sales and strategic channel partner teams. Driving the clarity and application of commercial strategy to our deal flow, the Deal Desk stewards the needs of the business and balances them against prioritized market opportunities. Partnering with the broadest array of functional stakeholders and leaders, the Senior Manager of Deal Desk & Proposals plays both a strategic and tactical role on deals that deviate from our standard business terms and deal models, including but not limited to reseller relationships, referral models, and RFPs.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Lead and manage a set of deal review processes, in partnership with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Sales Support.
- Own the representation and evolution of commercial strategy documentation, and leverage that to refine and shape the strategy.
- Identify and lead prioritization on opportunities for improvement across the deal flow, from both a process and business terms perspective.
- Evaluate and document the business’ capabilities with regard to supporting deals across multiple vectors, including but not limited to cybersecurity, compliance, technology, and product capabilities.
- Validate and evaluate deal-specific considerations across all stages of the deal cycle, and support the progression of prioritized deals within the parameters of our commercial strategy.
- Project manage and complete substantive supporting documents for deals as required, including but not limited to RFPs, security questionnaires, and supplier registrations, with leverage from Sales Support.
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 4+ years of experience facilitating deal flow or applying commercial strategy in a Deal Desk capacity.
- 3+ years of strong project management experience, engaging a wide variety of functional stakeholders with competing priorities.
- 1+ year of people management experience or equivalent track record preferred.
- Track record of influencing commercial strategy for B2B SaaS organizations at any level preferred.
- Previous B2B sales or comparable commercial experience strongly preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $104,500 - $125,500, with potential bonus eligibility. Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, budget for the position and cost of labor in the market in which the candidate will be hired.
