The Enterprise Sales Engineer role is responsible for providing guidance and support to sales teams across all verticals with sales solutioning for new business. This role has extensive knowledge of Relias services, content and product functionality/capabilities, along with an understanding of the healthcare space.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Gather client requirements and gain a deep understanding of client business objectives.
- Plan and deliver product demonstrations.
- Work closely with sales team to identify opportunities and provide them with technical support and advice.
- Serve as the subject matter expert to prospects regarding system integration and implementation capability and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e., Product, Professional Services, Sales, etc.) teams to stay up to date with product technologies and new features as well as competing technology that might affect customers.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Sales Tool Management – utilization of sales enablement tools to support the sales process and improve overall client experience
- Solution Design - analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that meet the client's needs
- Adaptability - ability to adjust, change, or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances, challenges, or changing environments
- Communication - skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information, ideas, and feelings between individuals or groups using various verbal and non-verbal methods to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages received
Experience Required:
- 4+ years of SaaS product knowledge, system integration and/or implementation experience in a healthcare industry setting
- 1+ years of project management or project coordination
Education Required (Minimum required)
IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30 days/quarter.
