Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Technical Training Coordinator to join their team. As a Technical Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations department supporting site-level training initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Deploy and operate frontline technical training and certification systems for Operators, Leads, and Supervisors at the site level.
- Translate workforce strategies into effective on-the-job training, qualification processes, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support workforce ramp-up for new units, expansions, and technology changes to ensure smooth integration and performance.
- Maintain role-based skills matrices, qualification records, and manage certification processes to ensure compliance.
- Facilitate regular training governance forums, coordinate training programs, and track key performance indicators to improve shop-floor performance.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or regulated industrial environments.
- 1-2 years of experience executing technical or frontline training programs.
- Strong collaboration skills with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Continuous Improvement teams.
- Excellent documentation, governance, and reporting discipline.
- Familiarity with structured On-The-Job Training systems, Cornerstone, and process-safety environments is preferred.
