A Simulation Technology Specialist at the University of Washington supports advanced simulation and modeling capabilities for research, education, and operational initiatives. This role is critical for maintaining technical infrastructure and enabling innovative computational work across the university.

Key Responsibilities: Manage simulation software platforms, maintain technical systems, provide user support, and troubleshoot simulation-related technical issues. Collaborate with researchers and faculty to optimize simulation workflows and ensure system reliability.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency with simulation software and modeling tools, technical troubleshooting and systems administration, and excellent communication skills for user support. Experience with Linux/Unix systems, programming languages, and data analysis is beneficial.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or related field, or equivalent professional experience with simulation technologies. 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role, preferably in research or academic environments.
Location: In-Person - Seattle, WA
Compensation: $65K–$95K/yr (estimated)
