Role Snapshot
The Enterprise K-12 Success Manager will strengthen customer relationships and enhance literacy interventions using an AI-powered tutoring platform for K-3 education in Texas. This individual contributor role focuses on building partnerships with district leadership and driving data-driven literacy conversations.
Key Responsibilities: Build relationships with K-12 district leadership, onboard new customers, and engage in data-driven conversations regarding literacy interventions. Travel up to 50% within the Texas territory, particularly the Dallas Fort Worth area.
Skills & Tools: 2+ years of customer success experience in Education SaaS industry with proven software implementation expertise in K-12 education. Strong knowledge of reading assessment, science of reading research, data-driven instruction, and ability to achieve 90%+ renewal rates.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of customer success experience in Education SaaS and demonstrated success implementing software solutions in K-12 environments. Preferred experience in education administration, start-up organizations, and reading assessment expertise.
Location: Texas
Compensation: $100K–$130K/yr
