Lead educator experience and community at Outschool by championing independent educators through communications, onboarding, and product advocacy. This role is essential for strengthening trust, surfacing educator insights, and empowering educators to meet learner needs globally.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all educator communications including newsletters and platform updates while tracking sentiment through NPS and CSAT metrics. Design onboarding experiences, collaborate with product teams to improve the educator platform, and develop community programs that foster educator growth and retention.

Skills & Tools: 5+ years in customer success, community management, or education programming with strong written, verbal, and strategic communication abilities. Skilled in data-driven program strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and advocating for user perspectives with product and design teams.

Qualifications: 5+ years in customer success, community management, or related roles with experience working with educators preferred. Background in teaching/education and familiarity with CRM platforms or in-product support design are advantageous.

Location: Remote from United States and Canada

Compensation: $125,000 – $200,000/year (varies by location: NY and California $140,000–$200,000; Seattle, WA $140,000–$200,000; Washington outside Seattle and Colorado $125,000–$180,000)
