Summary
Join Transfr as a UI/UX Designer to create innovative web products that enhance career training and exploration through immersive experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly interfaces that empower learners and educators.
Key Responsibilities: Advocate for superior user experience, translate product specifications into design deliverables (personas, wireframes, prototypes, visuals), and conduct design sessions with stakeholders. Analyze user testing results and maintain Figma component libraries to refine interface designs and flows.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of UI/UX experience with expert knowledge of Figma, modular design principles, and responsive design. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities with capacity to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
Qualifications: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience required; experience designing dashboards and education technology preferred. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, and web accessibility best practices is a plus.
Location: Hybrid in New York, New York, United States
Compensation: $110,000 – $120,000/year
